What You Can Expect in Each Session

Welcome & Grounding (5 Minutes)Begin with a brief introduction and a grounding exercise to help you settle into the session.

Well-Being Teaching (15-20 Minutes) Each session starts with a relevant topic focused on mental well-being, such as stress management, emotional resilience, mindfulness, and Psychological Development.

Guided Practice (15-20 Minutes)I’ll guide you through simple exercises like breathing techniques, mindfulness practices, and relaxation tools that you can easily incorporate into your daily life.

Optional Sharing & Q&A (15-20 Minutes) You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions or share your experiences if you wish, but participation in this part is completely optional. This is not group therapy. It’s a supportive space where you can engage as much or as little as you’re comfortable with. Simply listening is welcome, too.

Wrap-Up & Key Takeaway (5 Minutes)We’ll end with a brief recap of the session and a key takeaway to carry with you.
